I bought a car from Alex.The whole process was good.Alex gave me enough time to decide what I wanted.He helped me to insure and tax my car for me to get home safely.Alex is really a nice guy he sorted out a reverse camera as my old car had a camera and was so much used to the camera when reversing.

We went to see a car at Alexander Daniel’s which was in the showroom and already prepared & good to go. We found the car to be in excellent condition. All cars there are premium brands and appear to be formerly cherished by their owners. We were met by Alex who was exceptionally friendly and prides himself on offering exceptional customer service. He is a very affable character, who seems very trustworthy and is keen to negotiate with you if that is what you wish, but leaves you to assess his motors in your own time without the constant pressure you usually get from standard car dealerships. We agreed a deal and he offered for us to use his trade contacts in the future should we so wish, however we are well out of his catchment area. We also got 3mths warranty with the car as a part of the deal. We would definitely recommend him to other buyers.

Owner managed business which is totally customer focussed. I travelled 200 miles plus to get there by train. I was met at the station, left alone to look at a car I had bought unseen, then given Alexander’s undivided attention whilst he guided me through the BMW controls.
