I gave Alexander a call and from there on in the service i received was absolutely FANTASTIC! When the time came to go and view the car, I was greeted by Alexander who welcomed me warmly and directed me to the vehicle (which was pristine). Alex insisted I view the car by myself without feeling harassed or pressured (we later talked in detail about the car in the comfort of his office). He is an upfront, honest gentleman and the sale was so pleasant and easy. I would 100% recommend this garage to anybody. If they've got the car you're looking for I would have no problem in saying you need to look no further! BRILLIANT!

I thought I would write a review of my experience of purchasing a car from Alexander and Daniel so here goes Alexander is very easy going in his approach to selling there is no pressure what's so ever even when I offered to part ex my car which by the way was rather grotty there was no umming or arring at all he is extremely professional polite and courteous and above all very honest in his approach to dealing with customers I had a slight issue with the car I purchased which was sorted out with no problem or hesitation nothing is to much trouble even after you have purchased your vehicle I would recommend to anybody looking for a car to buy one from Alexander and Daniel

First Class in every way From our first telephone enquiry, to our driving the car away ,he smoothed all of the hassle involved in selling and purchasing a car. From road tax, transfer of car forms, number plate assignment, he did it all. We travelled a distance to view and purchase the car, but it was worth it. He is certainly a lovely trustworthy salesman. Purchased a car priced at the very top end of the valuation. The car had obviously been machine polished and at first glance looked good. As other reviewers have stated, Alexander does leave you alone to view. Unfortunately I wish I had been a bit more particular viewing the car. I have now found out it is not what I expected having paid top price. It was advertised as 1 previous owner, correct, Lex Leasing, which was not disclosed to me. I only found out by looking through the service records, which I now know why Alexander flipped through them so quickly. Although in law it was 1 previous owner, this car has obviously been driven by more than 1 or 2 people. To future buyers, be more thorugh than I was.

To clarify, your vehicle log book showed only one previous registered owner - Lex Leasing, a car leasing company. While it’s true that leased vehicles may be driven by one or more people during the lease term, the official ownership remains with the leasing company until resale. The leasing company do not share details with us about how many people have driven the car. We are transparent about the ownership history as recorded in the log book. The car also had a great service history, which we considered when pricing it. As you haven’t mentioned any issues with its condition or reliability, we’re pleased to know it has been a dependable vehicle so far. I apologise if the details of the service records weren’t discussed thoroughly during your viewing. I appreciate your feedback and will make sure future customers get a clearer explanation about what “1 previous owner” means in cases like this. I can’t speak highly enough of Alexander (and his retired father, Andrew) who are genuinely honest and straightforward people. As my previous car had been written off by a careless third party (not me!) I was looking for a prestige car within my budget. Having searched the internet, I discovered there’s a lot of scams with offers “too good to be true”Imagine my relief when I found the Alexander Daniel site with a low mileage prestige car at a price I could afford. I spoke to Alexander on the phone who is not at all pushy - on the contrary, just very helpful, and invited me to see the vehicle any time, which I did, even though they are 3 hours from where I live. As soon as I met Alexander and saw the vehicle, I felt genuinely confident that I would be happy to buy a car from Alexander, which I did. As it turned out, Alexander had already told me that he would be in holiday on the day I arranged to collect the car, and so his father, Andrew, was there to meet me, who is equally straightforward and helpful. Would I buy a car here again? 100% yes! Would I recommend these guys? Another 100% yes! It’s early days, but I’m delighted I decided to buy a car here. Once you find someone you can trust, then you don’t need to shop around. Thank you Alexander - and Andrew!
