Faultless experience. No pressure sale from start to finish. Vehicle issues were sorted prior to collection. No wriggle room on price which would have been nice as I definitely paid more than average for the vehicle but I hope the aftersales support (if required) reflects this. Not had to experience any warranty claims so can’t comment on that. Warranty policy doesn’t seem up to par with other retailers so that’s something to keep in mind.

Such a fantastic guy and a very refreshing way in which to buy a car. Super helpful and not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable, managed to drive away the same day. Don't be put off that it's appointment only, that's so that you get 100% attention. I have already recommended to family, and will definitely be going back when it's time for another new car.
